As a gaming operator we take our responsibility very seriously. Therefore, player protection and thus the well-being of our guests is very important to us.
In all areas of the casino, specially trained staff recognise the symptoms of problem gambling behaviour. Our on-site managers can intervene immediately and take the right measures for those affected. Excessive gambling can become a burden for both the players and their environment. Of course, we are always there for you if you want to contact us about your gambling behaviour. In addition to comprehensive counselling, there are the options of a (voluntary) gambling ban and a visiting agreement. We also work together with renowned counselling centres.
Help and support for families & friends
Are you concerned about someone in your environment regarding their gambling behaviour? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always at your side with competence and understanding. Our trained staff will act confidentially and discreetly - even without the person who reported the case if desired. Family and friends who are worried about a loved one can also contact one of the external counselling and help centres at any time.
