Manager Surveillance & Security (m/f/d)
The Employee Manager Surveillance & Security manages the operational business in the area of Surveillance & Security in the casino.
He is responsible for compliance with the defined requirements of the QMS concept of the Surveillance & Security Division and must ensure that the business process is safeguarded and that an optimal business result is ensured in his division.
Your tasks include
- Regular exchange and contact with the managing director, the management and his team leader
- Information sharing, guidance, and development of your team
- Implementation of the company strategy, policies and standards
- Responsibility for the implementation of the resulting tasks of the security concept, the QMS and the match operations of the Surveillance & Security division
- Control of the reporting system, the security system, the gaming facility, the staff planning and the access process
- Responsibility for the optimal guarantee of personal, fire, value and data protection by means of suitable safety equipment and measures in the area of safety and security
- Product testing and product assurance of operations and quality assurance, as well as continuous process improvement
Your profile
- You already have experience as a leader in the area of surveillance, security/security and video surveillance in a casino
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- You are enthusiastic, service-oriented and act in the interests of the company
- You work in a structured, hands-on, motivated and reliable manner
- You are open to change and constantly looking for potential for improvement
